service that G&S has
provided me and by boat. I have dealt with many marine yards
over the years, but no one
comes close in showing the type of commitment to customer
service you and your team
demonstrated. I can honestly say that you saved my boating
season.
When
the dealership from where I purchased the boat failed to
carry out the duties that
they were required to perform under the terms of the manufacturers'
warranty, you came
to the rescue. You accepted the risk of dealing directly
with the manufacturer to lighten
my burden. I am highly impressed with the commitment that
you showed for solving the
many problems from which my boat suffered. I have not dealt
with anyone yet who has
such effective managerial skills supported by a very competent
team. The care that you
showed was shared by Chris who professionally answered my
many phone calls. He
meticulously took down every detail that I reported about
the technical problems that I
was experiencing. Your care was also shared by Gary (Snapper),
the technical expert
assigned to my boat. Gary showed a high level of competence
in diagnosing and later
solving the many electrical problems with my boat. Everyone
else that I dealt with at
G&S showed tremendous amounts of professionalism and
commitment to superior
service.

truly impressed! It is refreshing to know that there is
someone I can totally rely on
